Each Joy To The World Collectible glass ornament is hand made by master artisans at their studio in Poland. It takes an average of seven days to make each piece from the initial glass blowing to the final touches of glitter. Orders that contain more than one item are given processing time in accordance with the item.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.
